Latrell Talley and Bennett Nelson each recorded double-doubles as the Central Community College men's basketball team defeated Mount Marty JV, 97-76, at Raider Fieldhouse on Thursday night. Talley totaled 19 points and 14 rebounds, while Nelson recorded 18 points and hauled in 11 boards.

Overall, five CCC players scored in double figures. In addition to Talley and Nelson, Jaxon Simons scored 19 points, Zack Rice-Gordon scored 17 points and Marquis Dotson scored 14 points.

The win gives the Raiders a 2-0 mark on the season. CCC will return to action on Monday night with a 7 p.m. game at Raider Fieldhouse against Hastings JV.
