Volleyball: Raiders Sweep the Scotties at Home

The CCC volleyball team hosted Highland Community College on the evening of October 17th. A recap of the match is below: 

The Raiders played extremely hard in this one, working for every point. The first set was super back and forth, with the Raiders edging out set one 25-21. The second set was all Raiders, winning set two 25-15. Set three saw the Raiders jump on the Scotties early and never let up, winning set three 25-22. Raiders win 3-0, sweeping a very good Highland team. This makes CCC VB undefeated in October. Chloe Henn led the team in kills with 11 and Meah Sackett contributed 28 assists. Maleigha Johnson had 28 digs, as well as Kerry Ryan and Henn having 3 blocks a piece.

The CCC volleyball team moves to 15-13 and is back in action on Oct 21th at Hawkeye Community College.
