Women's Basketball: All-Stars Named
Central Community College athletics has named the Girls Basketball All-Stars.
Ten deserving girls basketball players from across CCC's 25-county service area were selected and each will receive a commemorative medallion. They are:
- Kambri Andel, Guard, David City High School: Averaged 17.4 points, 8.0 rebounds and 1.4 assists per game in 2025-26. Andel will attend UNK. Coached by Samuel Schlautman
- Taryn Arbuthnot, Forward, Sumner High School: Averaged a double-double in 2025-26 with 22.6 points and 12.7 rebounds per game. Arbuthnot will play volleyball at UNK. Coached by Megan Hunt.
- Lola Doerneman, Center, Scotus Central Catholic High School: Averaged 13.8 rebounds and 6.0 rebounds per game in 2025-26. Doerneman will attend UNL. Coached by Jarrod Ridder.
- Myla Emery, Guard, Minden High School: Averaged 16.2 points, 8.8 rebounds, 2.3 assists and 1.4 blocks per game in 2025-26. Emery will play volleyball at Concordia University. Coached by Allie Prososki.
- Sheridan Falk, Guard, Nebraska Christian High School: Averaged 20 points and 7.0 rebounds per game in 2025-26. Falk will play basketball at Hastings College. Coached by Erin Mankin.
- Avery Kissinger, Guard, Hastings St. Cecilia High School: Averaged 11.5 points, 4.7 rebounds and 3.0 assists per game in 2025-26. Kissinger will play basketball at Hastings College. Coached by Greg Berndt.
- Ema Koch, Guard, Grand Island Lutheran High School: Averaged 10.1 points, 3.3 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game in 2025-26. Koch will play basketball at Concordia University. Coached by Jaydon Owen.
- Kailey Patzel, Center, Newman Grove/St. Edward High School: Averaged a double-double in 2025-26 with 15 points and 16.7 rebounds per game. Also averaged 3.3 blocks and 1.3 assists per outing. Patzel will play volleyball at Midland University. Coached by Brett Miller.
- Emily Stutzman, Guard, Holdrege High School: Averaged 14.3 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.5 assists per game in 2025-26. Stutzman will play basketball at Doane University. Coached by Derek Runcie.
- Halsey Thomalla, Forward, Gothenburg High School: Averaged 16 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.8 assists per game in 2025-26. Thomalla will play basketball at Nebraska Wesleyan University. Coached by Tim Strauser.
"This is a fantastic group of basketball players and I have been blessed to watch many of them in action this season," said Kasi Stoltz, CCC head women's basketball coach. "This list of student-athletes proves Nebraska has great basketball talent across the entire state. Congratulations to the 2025-2026 Central Community College Girl's Basketball All-Stars."
The naming of Central Community College All-Stars takes the place of traditional all-star games.
