Central Community College women's basketball secured a convincing victory at home on November 20, defeating the visiting York College JV squad with a final score of 75-56.
The Raiders established an early lead, taking the 13-10 advantage after the first quarter and extending it to a 27-20 halftime lead. Central came out of the locker room strong, exploding for 31 points in the third quarter to put the game out of reach, eventually cruising to the 19-point win. The Raider victory was fueled by an exceptional performance from the starting lineup, particularly the 29 point effort of Lexi Fiscus. Delaney Reeg led the rebound charge with 11 and had a 13 point 11 rebound double-double herself.
The women's basketball team moves to 4-4 and are in action next at home on November 25th against Iowa Lakes CC.
