The CCC men's soccer team hosted the #3 team in the country Northeast Community College past Tuesday, October 22nd. A recap of the match is below:
Central was able to debut their brand-new lighting system out on Raider Field for this one. Two very good teams matched up well, and it did not disappoint. The Hawks of Northeast got started early and looked like they were going to make quick work of the Raiders, going up 3-0 to start the match. CCC did not roll over, however, and stormed back with a vengeance... a 3 goal flurry to take the lead 3-2 in the last 25 mins of the match. CCC's goals were scored by Harvey Brook assisted by Carlos Colina, Leo Morley-Robertson and Charley Robson closed it out assisted by Harvey Paris.
The CCC men's soccer team moves to 11-5-2 and will be back in action on October 26th at home vs the winner of WIT and Iowa Central.
