The Central Community College men's basketball team lost to Iowa Central Community College, 88-73, in the second round of the Hawks Classic at Northeast Community College.
The Tritons built a 20-9 advantage over the first 10 minutes of the contest and went on to lead 43-32 at the half.
In the second half, the Raiders were only able to get as close as nine points, 59-50, on Mayra Almayra's (pictured) layup at the 10:40 mark. The Tritons scored 21 points off turnovers for the game.
Four CCC players logged double figures, led by Delrico Simms' 15 points. Nathan Frost and Tre'vion Crawford each scored 12 points, while Hakeem Odunsi added 11 points.
The loss gives the Raiders an 0-4 start to the 2018-19 season.
