Men’s Basketball: CCC Goes Extra Against LPTC

The Central Community College men's basketball team needed double overtime to post a 102-97 win at Little Priest Tribal College on Wednesday night.
The contest was knotted at 80 at the end of regulation and tied at 88 following the first extra session. In the second overtime period, the Raiders outscored the Warriors, 14-9, for the victory.
Malik Mooving led five CCC players in double figures with 27 points. Garrett Sittner scored 20 points, while Zack Rice-Gordon logged 17 points. Latrell Talley and Bennett Nelson rounded out the double-digit scorers with 12 points and 11 points, respectively.
The improves the Raiders to 12-14 on the season.
Up next, CCC will host Concordia JV on Thursday night at Raider Fieldhouse. Tip-off is set for 6 p.m.
