Central Community College Esports saw a mix of results this week, highlighted by a dominant sweep in Call of Duty: 4v4 and hard-fought battles in Rocket League and Warzone. A recap of the matches is below!

Call of Duty: 4v4 Sweeps Lake Area Tech

The Raiders Call of Duty: 4v4 squad delivered a clinical 3-0 victory over Lake Area Technical College on Tuesday. Tyler "Twigg" Wolfe led the charge with a standout performance, recording over 60 eliminations in the opening game. With this win, the Raiders move to 3-1 on the season, currently tied for first place in their group.

Warzone and Rocket League Show Resilience

The Raiders Warzone team faced undefeated Marshalltown CC on Friday in the newly released "Black Ops Royale" mode. Despite the map-winning effort, the Raiders fell 1-2 in the series. The team currently sits at 2-2 overall (5th place) as they push for a playoff spot.

In Rocket League action, the Raiders fell 0-3 to an undefeated Heartland CC squad. Despite the sweep, the match remained highly competitive, with two of the three games decided by a single goal. The team continues to show significant growth as they hunt for their first victory of the campaign.
