Bio
Latrell Talley enters his 3rd year serving as an Assistant Coach for the Men’s Basketball Program at Central Community College, bringing both firsthand experience as a decorated player and a growing reputation as a dedicated coach.
A proud Central alum, Talley was a standout player for the program, earning NJCAA Third Team All-American honors and helping lead the team to winning Region IX Championship during his time at Central. He now brings that same competitive spirit, discipline, and team-first mentality to the sidelines.
As an assistant coach, Talley is actively involved in player development, recruiting and game preparation. He is deeply committed to mentoring players, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence, and preparing them for success at the next level.
Off the court, Coach Talley is married to Lexi Talley, a former CCC women’s basketball player. Together, they are the proud parents of two beautiful daughters, and their family remains closely connected to the Central basketball community.
