Raiders Honored at 25-26 Athletic Banquet
The Central Community College athletic department hosted its annual awards ceremony this week, honoring the outstanding achievements of student-athletes in the classroom, in competition, and within the community. The evening highlighted a year of record-breaking academic success and national athletic recognition for the Raiders.
The Raiders program continues to set a high bar for academic excellence, boasting a departmental GPA of 3.26, with student-athletes completing 1,907 credits this past fall.
Academic Teams of the Year Special recognition was given to the programs leading the way in the classroom:

Academic Student-Athletes of the Year
Over 70 student-athletes are on track for NJCAA Academic Awards with GPAs above 3.6. A prestigious group of "Perfect 4.0" students (over three semesters) were also honored:

Special Program Highlights

Shotgun Sports: Celebrated a historic season including 3rd Place in National Doubles Skeet and the program's first "Perfect 100" scores by Gabe Grove and Bryce Schuster. Gabe Grove was named "Top Gun," while Owen Davis took the Breakthrough Award.

Esports: Recognized Evan Kirk as Athlete of the Year for leading Rocket League to a top-3 regional finish. Tyler Wolfe was named Rookie of the Year, and Henry Gonzalez received the Level Up Award. The Call of Duty 4v4 squad was also celebrated for their upcoming national tournament appearance.

All-American Honors: A special salute to Leo Morley-Robertson (2nd Team All-American) and Lexi Fiscus (3rd Team All-American) for their national-level achievements.
